Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Vend16, provided by Spruik Co Pty Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Vend16 verifies in-app purchases with Apple and Google, records them, and notifies you of changes. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but it relies on Apple’s and Google’s systems and is provided as is.

Your account

Keep your keys and password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the apps you connect. Only connect apps you have the right to manage.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe, in US dollars or, for customers in Australia, Australian dollars, and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the paid month. Prices include GST where it applies. We do not take any share of your app revenue.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, break Apple’s or Google’s rules, attack the service, or send us data about your users that you are not allowed to share.

Your data

You own your data. You can export it through the API and delete your account at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will email you about material changes at least 14 days before they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
