Who makes Vend16

Vend16 is built and run by Spruik (Spruik Co Pty Ltd, ABN 61 695 444 645), an Australian agency that designs, builds and ships apps and websites for clients.

Why we built it

We run in-app purchases in our own apps, including Manager 11 on the App Store and Google Play. Every time, the hard part wasn’t the payment sheet. It was checking each purchase with Apple and Google, keeping subscriptions in sync, catching refunds and dealing with Google’s three-day rule. Vend16 is that backend, packaged so nobody has to build it again.

How we price it

A flat monthly price, with no percentage of your revenue. You shouldn’t pay more for purchase checking just because your app is doing well.

Open source

The Capacitor plugin that runs in your app is MIT licensed: github.com/spruikco/capacitor-iap. So is the Claude Code plugin that lets your coding agent set it all up.
